The HMBA Mission:
• to promote the general welfare of the businesses, organizations and property owners within the defined geographic area: North Mississippi Avenue between Albina and Michigan from Prescott Street to Cook Street.
• to promote, develop and preserve the North Portland business community as a desirable and vibrant place to work, shop and live.
